Credential disclosure via cleartext process memory

Cleartext credential storage in AVEVA System Platform 2020 through 2020 R2 P01 allows local users to obtain account credentials. Application Server, OMI, Historian, and Historian Client retain Network User Account or logged-in user credentials in process memory and diagnostic memory dumps without protecting their cleartext values. An authorized low-privilege user can read credentials from memory; an unauthorized user can obtain them only when a dump is saved in an unprotected location.
