Stored cross-site scripting via unsanitized customer surname
Published Mar 23, 2022 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Amelia 1.0.46 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through a customer's last name. AddCustomerController accepts the lastName parameter without sufficient sanitization and later renders the stored value without sufficient escaping. No authentication is required to submit a crafted booking, and the script executes when a user opens the affected booking-calendar date.
