Authenticated script execution via unsanitized shortcode usage

Reflected XSS in Orchard Core before 1.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through crafted shortcode usage. The Shortcodes AdminController accepts the Usage field and returns it to an HTML view without applying IHtmlSanitizerService sanitization. Low-privileged access is required; successful exploitation runs script in the affected browser and can read or alter data available to that session.
