Omnibox content tampering via misattributed permission origin

Permissions UI flaw in Google Chrome before 99.0.4844.51 allows remote attackers to tamper with the Omnibox via crafted HTML. Permission chooser code used an embedded frame's origin and name instead of the main frame's identity for WebUSB, WebHID, and Web Serial requests. A user must open the crafted page and encounter its embedded permission request; the documented consequence is limited to misleading browser UI content.
