Stored XSS in LibreNMS before 22.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser via an alert-rule display. The alert-rule list modal renders stored rule display content without first removing HTML tags; the patch adds strip_tags before output encoding. Administrator privileges are required to store the content, and another user's interaction triggers script execution in that user's browser context.
