Unauthenticated state corruption via unsafe BinaryFormatter deserialization

Deserialization in SinGooCMS.Utility 1.6.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter application state via crafted socket data. The ReceiveVarData socket extension reads an attacker-declared length, copies those bytes into a stream, and passes the stream to BinaryFormatter.Deserialize without a type binder or validation. Exploitation requires a consuming application to invoke this generic receive method on a socket connected to an attacker-controlled peer; successful payloads can corrupt application integrity or interrupt the hosting process.
