Remote host crash via unreleased ICMPv6 buffers

Memory leakage in the ICMPv6 MLD handler in Linux Kernel 5.13 through 5.17-rc6 allows remote attackers to crash hosts with type 130 or 131 packets. igmp6_event_query() and igmp6_event_report() fail to release received socket buffers when interface lookup fails or their work queues are full. No authentication or user interaction is required; repeated MLD query or report traffic can exhaust host memory and terminate service.
