Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized POST data
Published Mar 21, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in BookingPress before 1.0.11 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data through an unauthenticated AJAX request. The bookingpress_front_get_category_services action inserts the user-controlled total_service POST value into a dynamically constructed SQL query without adequate sanitization. A public booking form must expose a valid nonce, after which no account is required to submit UNION-based or time-based payloads.
