Improper authorization in PeerTube before 4.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to comment on and rate another user's private video. The comment-thread, comment-reply, and rating validators accept a video identifier without calling the private-video visibility check. A regular account and another user's private video identifier are required; exploitation writes unauthorized comments or ratings without interrupting the service.
