Stored XSS via unescaped redirect settings

Stored cross-site scripting in SEO 301 Meta 1.9.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script via saved redirect settings. The plugin stores and renders the Request and Destination setting values without escaping them, so an injected event handler executes in a viewer's browser. Administrator-level access is required to save the payload, and another user's interaction is required for the script to affect that user's browser session even when unfiltered_html is disabled.
