Process crash via incomplete binary parser reads

Denial of service in radare2 before 5.6.4 allows local users to crash the process by opening a crafted binary file. PE, QNX, dyldcache, and PSX parsers accept incomplete formatted reads instead of rejecting any result that differs from the required byte count. A user must cause an affected radare2 process to parse the malformed file; the resulting crash interrupts that analysis process.
