Unauthenticated SQL injection via unescaped calendar parameter

SQL injection in Elbtide Advanced Booking Calendar before 1.7.0 allows remote attackers to execute injected SQL through an AJAX request. The abc_booking_getSingleCalendar action inserts the unvalidated, unescaped calendar parameter into an SQL statement. No account is required, but the request needs a nonce exposed by a page containing a configured calendar shortcode; the published proof of concept demonstrates a five-second database delay.
