Arbitrary file upload in Touch Me Soft d.o.o. Amelia before 1.0.47 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The notifications API decodes an embedded image data URI and writes it with an attacker-controlled MIME subtype as the file extension. An Amelia Manager account can save a crafted notification image, creating a web-accessible PHP backdoor that executes commands under the web server account.
