Schema cache poisoning via unnormalized resource URI

Path traversal in LemMinX before 0.19.0 allows remote attackers to poison cached external schema files through a crafted resource URI. CacheResourcesManager derived the cache path directly from an unnormalized external-resource URI, allowing dot-dot segments to select a different cache location. Processing an attacker-controlled external resource URI is required, and the resulting overwrite can make later schema resolution use attacker-supplied cache content.
