Local file disclosure via unchecked redirects

Information disclosure in Eclipse LemMinX before 0.19.0 allows local users to read files through crafted external-resource redirects. CacheResourcesManager.downloadResource follows an HTTP Location value without validating the redirected scheme, so a remote resource can redirect resolution to a local file URL. Exploitation requires a local user to influence an XML resource request while LemMinX runs with access to sensitive files, and the impact is limited to disclosure.
