Cross-share data access via incorrect metadata discovery

Authorization bypass in Ceph clusters upgraded from Nautilus or earlier allows remote authenticated users to read or write arbitrary CephFS paths. The Manager volumes plugin discovers an upgraded legacy subvolume using a handcrafted .meta file in its root instead of the correct versioned metadata. Exposure is limited to OpenStack Manila deployments exporting native CephFS shares, where a share owner can escape the assigned subvolume and access other shares or the wider file system.
