Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsafely handled lead IDs
Published Apr 25, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Saleswonder Team: Tobias RRatingg before 1.2.54 allows remote attackers to execute injected SQL through an AJAX request. The rrtngg_delete_leads AJAX action inserts attacker-controlled lead_ids values into a SQL statement after applying only sanitize_text_field(), without SQL-specific validation or escaping. The action requires no authentication; a crafted lead_ids[] expression can delay the database query, demonstrating control over SQL execution.
