Unauthenticated file read via unvalidated AJAX URL

Arbitrary file read in Racad Tech uDraw before 3.3.3 allows remote attackers to retrieve server files through an unauthenticated AJAX request. The udraw_convert_url_to_base64 action passes the unvalidated url parameter to file_get_contents and returns the result as base64. No login is required, so exposure of the WordPress AJAX endpoint permits disclosure of any server file readable by the PHP process.
