Memory corruption via empty packed send arguments

Heap-based buffer overflow in mruby before 3.2 allows local users to corrupt interpreter memory through an empty packed argument array. The mrb_f_send function enters packed-argument mode when n equals 15 and reads element zero of regs[0] without checking that the array contains an element. Exploitation requires locally processed Ruby code or bytecode to invoke send in that form, affecting the interpreter or its embedding host process.
