Memory corruption via non-Hash double-splat operand

Out-of-range pointer use in the mruby VM before 3.2 allows local users to corrupt memory by executing crafted Ruby code. In mrb_vm_exec, double-splat handling passes a non-Hash operand to mrb_hash_set after relying on an assertion instead of enforcing the operand type. Execution of attacker-controlled Ruby code is required, and the resulting memory corruption can compromise the interpreter process's confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
