Authorization bypass via case-sensitive scheme normalization

Authorization bypass in medialize URI.js before 1.19.8 allows remote attackers to evade scheme-based URL checks with mixed-case protocols. The URI parser normalizes extra slashes only when its web-scheme regular expression matches lowercase text, so mixed-case schemes retain a form that bypasses earlier validation. Exposure requires a consuming application to apply security policy to attacker-controlled URLs through URI.js; the bypass can redirect handling to an attacker-selected origin.
