Stored XSS in Hamid Alinia OTP Login With Phone Number before 1.3.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via plugin settings. The settings workflow stores administrator-supplied values without sanitization and renders them without output escaping, preserving executable markup. An administrator-level account and a subsequent page view are required; execution occurs in that viewer's browser despite unfiltered_html being disabled.
