CPU exhaustion via AMF length integer underflow

Infinite loop in Wireshark's RTMPT dissector 3.4.0 through 3.4.11 and 3.6.0 through 3.6.1 allows remote attackers to exhaust CPU. The rtmpt_get_amf_length function stores an attacker-controlled AMF length in a signed integer, allowing a negative value to keep its offset at zero and its loop condition true indefinitely. Packet injection requires Wireshark or TShark to capture and dissect the malformed RTMP traffic; opening a crafted capture file provides the same service-interrupt path.
