Account enumeration via password-reset response discrepancy

Observable discrepancy in Snipe-IT before 5.3.9 allows remote attackers to identify whether an email address belongs to an active account. The password-reset flow returned a sent-message for registered addresses but a no-matching-user message for unknown or inactive addresses. No authentication is required, and repeated response comparisons disclose account existence without granting access to account contents.
