Application crash via null-source memory copy

NULL pointer dereference in LibTIFF 3.9.0 through 4.3.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash a TIFF-processing application. TIFFFetchStripThing() in tif_dirread.c calls _TIFFmemcpy with a null source buffer when a crafted directory entry has a zero count. Processing the crafted TIFF file is required, and the demonstrated consequence is termination of the consuming application rather than system-wide failure.
