Site takeover via unauthenticated table-prefix cookie

Improper access control in Flothemes FloLaunch before 2.4.1 allows remote attackers to take over a site through a crafted cookie. During clone creation, the plugin trusts the attacker-controlled flo_custom_table_prefix cookie, injects code into wp-config.php, and starts a fresh WordPress installer without authentication. The unauthenticated path permits completion of that installer and creation of an administrator account, exposing site content and configuration.
