Internal file disclosure via unrestricted local URL imports

SSRF in Transloadit Uppy Companion before 3.3.1 allows remote attackers with URL upload access to read guessable internal files. The /url/meta and /url/get handlers use the debug setting to disable local-address blocking when fetching an attacker-supplied URL. URL upload access is required; successful requests can enumerate internal services and transfer predictably named files to an upload destination.
