Stored XSS in Chatwoot before 2.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to run script in website visitors' browsers via campaign URLs. The Campaign model accepts an ongoing campaign's trigger_rules URL without restricting its scheme, allowing a javascript URL to reach the widget. An administrator must create the campaign and a visitor must interact with its widget link; execution can read or alter browser-accessible data.
