Issue-page hangs via unbounded inline math rendering

Uncontrolled resource consumption in GitLab allows remote authenticated users to hang issue pages with crafted math comments. The Markdown front end sends every inline math node to KaTeX without a count limit, so a comment containing numerous formulas keeps the browser rendering and blocks page controls. Posting requires permission to comment, and the hang affects users who open or reload the poisoned issue page.
