Denial of service in GitLab 11.9 through 14.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service via bulk package deletion requests. Package-registry bulk deletion handling fails to process requests safely when removing existing packages, exhausting or destabilizing service resources. The attack requires a privileged authenticated account able to submit package deletion operations; the documented consequence is service availability loss without confidentiality or integrity impact.
