Account takeover via unsanitized notebook HTML attributes

CSRF in GitLab 14.5.0 through 14.5.3, 14.6.0 through 14.6.3, and 14.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to send POST requests as a victim. Jupyter notebook output preserves arbitrary data-* HTML attributes after DOMPurify, and GitLab UI handlers use an attacker-controlled data-dismiss-endpoint value for an authenticated request. The attacker must publish a crafted notebook and induce a signed-in victim to view and click it; an administrator victim permits creation of another administrator account.
