Authenticated SSRF via rebinding Irker host

SSRF in GitLab CE/EE before 14.5.4, 14.6.4, and 14.7.1 allows remote authenticated users to issue outbound Irker requests. The Irker integration accepts a configured server host without keeping address validation bound to the address used for the TCP connection, allowing a rebinding name to resolve internally. The attack requires an authenticated project user and an enabled Irker integration, and it can expose or modify data reachable through internal services without a reported service interruption.
