Remote system crash via unchecked SMC offset

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux Kernel SMC protocol stack allows remote attackers to crash the system with a crafted CLC proposal. The SMCv2 proposal parser uses an unvalidated v2_ext_offset field to compute a pointer in smc_get_clc_v2_ext(), permitting a read beyond the received message. The vulnerable SMC networking path must be reachable; the published record reports availability loss only, with no confidentiality or integrity impact.
