Service impersonation via skipped SPN conflict checks

Improper access control in affected Samba AD DC releases allows remote authenticated users to impersonate services or interrupt them. The samldb SPN update path returns early when an added SPN already exists on the same account, skipping conflict checks for later values. Account-write permission is required; a conflicting SPN can deny an existing service, while intercepted traffic loses confidentiality and integrity through service impersonation.
