Editor crash via multibyte block-insert miscalculation

Heap buffer overflow in block insertion in Vim before 8.2.4151 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the editor via crafted text. The block_insert function in src/ops.c passes a pointer beyond the line boundary to the multibyte head-offset routine and misadjusts the block offset. A user must open crafted text and perform Visual block insertion; the out-of-bounds access can crash Vim, with code execution reported.
