Measured-boot spoofing via inconsistent PCR quote validation

Improper input validation in Google Cloud Go-Attestation before 0.4.0 allows local users to spoof measured-boot event logs. AKPublic.Verify accepts a malicious Quote covering no or only some PCRs and returns success despite the inconsistency; Eventlog.Verify then trusts the unauthenticated PCR set when checking a crafted TCG log. Exploitation requires local control of both inputs and corrupts remote measured-boot decisions without reported confidentiality or availability impact.
