Rating manipulation via concurrent vote requests

Race condition in AnyComment before 0.2.18 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate comment and reply ratings via concurrent votes. The like/dislike request path accepts repeated parallel requests against the same comment without enforcing a single rating update per account. An authenticated account and carefully timed requests are required; successful exploitation inflates the attacker's rating or lowers another user's rating.
