Stored XSS via Angular evaluation of names
Published Jan 17, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Stored cross-site scripting in Live Helper Chat 3.91 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in other users' browsers. Webhook and saved-view names are HTML-escaped but remain inside Angular-managed elements, so Angular evaluates injected template expressions. An authenticated account able to name an affected object is required, and execution occurs when another user opens the corresponding view.
