Published Jan 14, 2022 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
CSRF in LiveHelperChat Live Helper Chat 3.91 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter file settings through a forged request. The file/configuration POST handler accepts StoreFileConfiguration submissions without validating a CSRF token. Exploitation requires a user with file-configuration access to visit attacker-controlled content; the resulting request can rewrite allowed file types and related upload settings.
