Stored script execution via unencoded display names

Stored cross-site scripting in Orchard Core before 1.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser. Content-type display names pass through IHtmlLocalizer and Html.Raw in administrative create, edit, list, and dashboard views, emitting stored markup without encoding. Dashboard access and content-management permission are required, and execution occurs when another user opens an affected view, exposing that user's site privileges and accessible data to the injected script.
