Unauthenticated access via ignored StartTLS bind failure

Improper access control in ForgeRock LDAP Connector before 1.5.20.9 allows remote attackers to gain unauthenticated LDAP access. When StartTLS is enabled, the connector incorrectly accepts an LDAP bind despite a wrong password, granting access without valid credentials. The flaw requires the optional StartTLS configuration and enables unauthorized reading or modification of directory data, without a reported service interruption.
