HyperComments import and revert via missing CSRF checks

Cross-site request forgery in Alexander AnyComment before 0.2.18 allows remote attackers to trigger HyperComments imports or reverts. The Import and Revert HyperComments actions accept administrator-session requests without a CSRF check, so a crafted page can submit them cross-origin. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to visit attacker-controlled content, and the resulting action can replace or roll back site comments.
