Memory disclosure via Web Serial out-of-bounds read

Out-of-bounds memory access in Google Chrome before 97.0.4692.71 allows remote attackers to read memory via crafted HTML and a virtual serial port. SerialPortUnderlyingSink::WriteData reads beyond the intended buffer while processing data sent through Blink's Web Serial implementation. A user must open the crafted page while a virtual serial port driver is present; successful exploitation exposes browser-process memory.
