Forced logout via nonce-free admin request

CSRF in YOURLS 1.8.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to force authenticated users to log out through a crafted admin request. The admin authentication path treats action=logout in a GET request as authorization to clear the session cookie without checking a nonce. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to load the crafted URL; the bounded consequence is forced logout without data modification.
