Internal requests via followed HTTP redirects

SSRF in dompdf before 2.0.0 allows remote attackers to send requests to protected internal systems through crafted HTML. The remote-resource loader passes HTTP and HTTPS URLs to file_get_contents with redirect following enabled, so an allowed external URL can redirect the server to a blocked internal address. Exploitation requires control of rendered HTML, isRemoteEnabled and allow_url_fopen enabled, and an integration that filters only the initial URL.
