Cross-user script execution via unescaped file names
Published May 10, 2026 · Updated May 10, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in ProjectSend r1295 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser. files-edit.php stores the multipart file name value and later renders the resulting title without neutralizing script markup. Any authenticated role can plant the payload after uploading a file; it runs when a System Administrator views the Dashboard.
