CVE-2021-47940Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via client-controlled upload allowlist

Published May 10, 2026 · Updated May 10, 2026

Arbitrary file upload in Dovi42 Download from files 1.48 and earlier allows remote attackers to write executable files through AJAX. The download_from_files_617_fileupload handler trusts the request's allowExt value as its extension allowlist and stores the submitted file under the web root. No WordPress authentication is required, and a web-accessible PHP upload grants code execution in the server context.
