Unquoted service path in Hi-Rez Studios HiPatchService 5.1.6.3 allows local users to execute code with LocalSystem privileges. The HiPatchService configuration stores C:\Program Files (x86)\Hi-Rez Studios\HiPatchService.exe as an unquoted auto-start binary path. A local user who can place a matching executable in an earlier path segment can have it launched at startup or reboot as LocalSystem.
