Rejected record with withdrawn command-execution claim

Published Jan 21, 2026 · Updated Jan 21, 2026

The CNA rejected the record that attributed authenticated command execution in phpPgAdmin 7.13.0 to an uploaded SQL file. The withdrawn claim said phpPgAdmin's SQL upload path passed a COPY FROM PROGRAM statement to PostgreSQL, which then invoked operating system commands. The current CVE record provides no product, weakness, metrics, references, or rationale beyond rejection and therefore does not independently substantiate the historical product claim.
