Unquoted service path in Acer ePower Management 6.0.3008.0 allows local users to execute code with LocalSystem privileges. The ePowerSvc Windows service registers C:\Program Files\Acer\Acer ePower Management\ePowerSvc.exe as an unquoted AUTO_START binary path. A local user must place an executable in a space-delimited parent-path location; Windows can run it when the service starts or the host reboots.
